The more i concentrate on Cash’s fitness and strength, the more it becomes evident i need to work on mine more!!
Whilst i don’t feel unfit when riding, even during those grueling stirrup-less lessons, i am aware my core is in need of some work. Bea gave me some exercises to do at home to get me started but it got me thinking, what fitness regime do other riders follow?
I’d be interested to hear what you all do 🙂
